Ideal for blank preparation, micro-tools, core pins, and punches, the TRU TECH Revolution Series makes easy

work of Ultra-Precision Profi le Grinding projects.

Easy to use Pick-N-Place™ software allows easy profi le programming in minutes and grinds most profi les with a standard 1A1 wheel, making the system ideal for a few parts, or hundreds of parts.

The Revolution’s servo and ball-screw drive systems ensures aggressive grind feeds while maintaining exemplary finishes and accuracy. Integrated into the Revolution series 3 Axis profi le grinder is TRU TECH’s patented 5” Precision Grinding Unit, able to hold part concentricity and run-out within 1 micron.

Unlike chuck or collet systems, the unit’s unique design allows you to remove, inspect and reload the work-piece without fear of introducing run-out. This makes it perfect for re-grind or custom work.

The Revolution’s 55 liter per minute coolant capacity ensures minimized wheel loading rendering excellent size and finish, no matter what material you’re grinding. Optional integrated in-process acoustic probing/compensation, 1-micron filtering and precision coolant temperature control make sub-micron level accuracy more achievable than ever.

Intuitive Pick-N-Place™ software makes programming each part a quick, simple task. Drag “move” icons into place, edit their values and you’re ready to grind. You can even simulate the grind operation with TRU TECH’s visualization tools.
