The Tru Tech machine features a new concept, consisting of a 3-Axis CNC grinding system and a patented grinding unit in conjunction with a high precision robot loader. But above all the biggest innovation for your production process is the ease at which the machine can grind forms, by infeed and plunge grinding setups using only standard grinding wheels.

The 4-axis robot loader allows tools with diameters ranging in between 3 and 25 mm to be worked in fully automatic process with utmost flexibility and efficiency.

Optionally the machine can be equipped with a process control system to measure the diameters finished and to compensate in process.
