Optical Measuring Machine

GSE Technology B.V. have stepped up the current high-precision measuring technology by a new technique.

Our target was the creation of a measuring machine that combines ease of use by few software-related menu inputs with high-precision measuring data. This exacting demand for precision is met by our dual-camera system designed to view the tool on its circumference and face.

Scanning and matching of the outer contours to DXF format is possible, as well as the automatically making of a DXF-file of your tools by this machine. Measuring details can be saved and if needed controlled and printed out

The use of gray cast iron for the machine base along with the integrated measuring system ensure utmost repeat accuracy.
